1Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Bilal Toys (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (bilaltoys.com), registering an account, purchasing products online, or visiting our physical showrooms in China Market, College Road, Rawalpindi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice.
2About Bilal Toys & Direct Importer Status
Founded in 2002 by Mr. Bilal, Bilal Toys is a licensed direct importer of high-quality toys from China and one of Pakistan's largest wholesale suppliers. We operate two massive physical retail outlets in Rawalpindi:
- Branch 1: 1st Floor, New China Market Plaza, China Market, College Road, Rawalpindi.
- Branch 2: 1st Floor, Baber Plaza, China Market, College Road, Rawalpindi.
Because we import direct containers without third-party middlemen, all prices shown on our website represent authentic direct importer pricing.
3Orders, Pricing & Payments
- Order Confirmation: An order placed on bilaltoys.com is considered confirmed once verified via our automated system or WhatsApp customer support helpline.
- Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of direct importer value. In the rare event of a pricing typo or system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.
- Payment Modes: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as advance payment via Bank IBFT, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
4Nationwide Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Pakistan's leading courier services including Trax, PostEx, and Leopards Courier to ensure swift and safe doorstep delivery.
- Delivery Timeline: Major cities (Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot) usually receive parcels within 24 to 48 hours. Remote regions and towns take 48 to 72 hours.
- Unboxing Video: For electronic and remote-controlled toys, we strongly advise customers to record a short continuous video while opening the courier package. This serves as instant proof in case of transit mishandling.
57-Day Replacement Policy
Every toy dispatched from our warehouse undergoes physical inspection. However, if a product arrives broken, physically damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a 7-Day Replacement:
- Notification must be submitted to our WhatsApp helpline (+92 306 5510222) within 7 days of package delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, remote controllers, and charging wires.
- Damage resulting from customer misuse, water immersion (for non-waterproof toys), high-voltage improper chargers, or violent crashes is not covered under warranty.
6Safety & Battery Guidelines for RC Toys
- Always use the recommended 5V/1A or 5V/2A standard USB charging adapter. Avoid high-wattage mobile fast chargers (e.g. 65W/120W) which can harm toy batteries.
- Never leave rechargeable batteries charging unattended overnight.
- Adult supervision is recommended when small children play with remote-controlled cars, drones, or toys with detachable small parts.
7Wholesale & Bulk Purchasing Terms
Registered toy shopkeepers, commercial dealers, and school administrators buying in container/crate quantities are covered under our wholesale agreements. Special bulk price quotes and transport logistics (via goods transport/cargo) are coordinated directly via our Rawalpindi wholesale desk (+92 306 5510222).
8Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
